 What all does Elon Musk own??

Elon Musk, there is a rare chance that you have not heard of this man. You might know him as the CEO of Tesla Motors, or the founder of PayPal, or the CEO of SpaceX, he is just everywhere. His aim has been to do what many people just dream of. From manufacturing a super-smart, self-driven car to colonizing mars, you just can't define his field of expertise. There are also a lot of brands that he owns, about which you might not even know!  Read on to know more about it.

1- Tesla, Inc. (not founded by Musk)
One of the most popular brands in the electric car market is Tesla motors. This electric car- manufacturer has produced many environment-friendly electric cars including Model S, Model Y, Model 3, and Model X. The Cybertruck is also a much-awaited project of the brand which will be unveiled in the coming years. Elon Musk is the current co-founder and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the brand. He also owns a major part of Tesla's stocks. Tesla, Inc was founded in the year 2003 as Tesla Motors in view of equipping the world with electric cars. The name itself pays tribute to Nikola Tesla, the inventor of Alternating current and Tesla coil.

2- SpaceX
SpaceX has taken over the headlines for quite a while. SpaceX was founded by Musk in 2002, whos lifelong goal has been to colonize the red planet. SpaceX is now preparing itself for its next launch of the Starlink mission. SpaceX has also shaken hands with NASA for the launch of various projects including the Falcon 9 project. As of 2019, the total revenue of the aerospace manufacturer is approximated to be $2 Billion. 






3. SolarCity (A subsidiary of Tesla Inc.)
SolarCity  was originally founded by Musk's cousins Lyndon and Peter Rive, the initial idea and financial capital being provided by Musk himself in 2006. SolarCity provided a major part of The State's solar energy. In 2012, Musk announced that SolarCity will function along with Tesla Inc. to use electric vehicle batteries to smooth the impact of rooftop solar on the power grid. 



4. Neuralink
It is a neurotechnology start-up company that was founded by Musk in 2016. This company works to incorporate artificial intelligence with the human brain, to implant the use of neurotechnology into our brains, to keep pace with the advancement of technology.

  We have seen a couple of syllabus reductions from the 2 major councils of India, CBSE and CICSE. However there are some more things that are being considered by the boards during these times of crisis. Read on to find more: It has been observed by the councils, that after the 30 % syllabus reduction, many schools are still not able to pace the syllabus timely. A lot of areas and small towns also don't have proper access to internet facilities which is making it difficult for them to make up with online format of education.  An CISCE official said that the council can consider 2 possibilities. Either to make a further reduction in the syllabus or to postpone the boards examinations to somewhere in April-May. One of these possibilities can be considered and implemented by the council in the upcoming days.  The CBSE on the other hand has released its sample papers for the 2021 examinations and therefore there's a less chance for further syllabus reduction.
